Color-BlindJustice within To Kill a Mockingbird In To Kill a Mockingbird Lee wrote about a black man named Tom Robinson, who has been accused of raping a very poor white girl named Mayella Ewell, when in all actuality he did nothing but help her out. Mayell taunted Tom and made advances on him but when she pulled a move on him her father saw and thought Tom was raping her, for which he was convicted for. This makes me ask, Can justice ever be color-blind? I thought that this was the main issue that Lee made in the book with a black man is being accused and found guilty even though all evidence points that he is innocent..

Being color-blind is not recognizing racial or class distinctions, this is an important part of finding true justice. Justice is the upholding of what is just, fair treatment and due reward in accordance with honor, standards, or law. People cannot be treated fairly when they are being judged by a bias society, especially when the bias is against them. People often relate to people with similar backgrounds, to the jury the Ewells were from the same racial background so it was only natural that they would be looked at as being truthful. First of all, he said, If you can learn a simple trick, Scout, youll get along a lot better with all kinds of folks. You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view- Sir? -until you climb into his skin and walk around in it. Page 0. There Atticus was telling Scout the importance of being well rounded and learning about everyone, basically walking in there shoes before you can fairly judge them. I don't think Atticus could have put it any better, if people would just take the initiative to see things in the eyes of others before judging them it would make the judicial process a lot more fair. Blacks and whites are more the same than different. We all have to look at the differences we have, we must realize that we are al equals and until then hatred and discrimination will still happen. When you really don't know a group of people and all you do is hear stories about them, you allow that to shape your image of them. Such as Scout did with Boo, she had never seen him she was only told stories about and she still was terrified of him. Thank who? I asked. Boo Radly. You were so busy looking at the fire you didnt know it when he put the blanket around you. My stomach turned to water and I nearly threw up when Jem held out the blanket and crept toward me. He sneaked out of the house-turn round-sneaked up, an went like this! Page 7. She didn't even know Boo all she did was heard stories, as a human she allowed the stories to shape a visual image for her. She saw Boo as a scary and inhuman, only because she didn't know him, just like the people who held Tom on trail didn't know him all they knew is stories about him and other black people so when they saw him on trail they saw him as another 'Boo'. And, they judged him on the stories they hears about blacks not the validity of his defense. Being Color-Blind doesn't always mean what color you are, its like a universal symbol that can have many meanings. Mr. Ewell wrote on the back of the envelope and looked up to see Judge Taylor looking at him as if he were some fragrant gardenia in full bloom on the witness stand , to see Mr. Gilmer half-sitting, half standing at his table. The jury was watching him, one man leaning over with his hands over the railing. Whats so interesting? he asked. Youre left handed Mr. Ewell, said Judge Taylor. Page 177. Mr. Ewell was a white man, he was also proven to be left handed in the court trail, this didn't make any sense at first until it was proven that Mayella was beating by a left handed man, and Tom couldn't use his left hand. Yet they did manage to find him guilty simply because they were color-blind, they were racist and in the end Tom was sent to jail. True justice can only be found when, race isn't a factor and presents someone from being treated fairly. For race not to be a factor people must distinguish the difference between a person and the stereotypes they know about the persons race, and only know the facts about the struggle the particular person has had. As the book To Kill A Mockingbird said it is a sin to kill a mockingbird, Harper lee showed us that people can be different but that shouldn't change anything we all have to get along. The mockingbird being a innocent person that has done no wrong, just because a mockingbird is a bird doesn't make it evil or worthy of death. Justice should be color-blind and in Harper Lee's Novel she showed what the impact of injustice can be.

Inter-cultural and non-verbal communication is a factor in all multi-cultural teams. It is important to asses and implement strategies to best maintain these differences within an organisation. Non-verbal communication is a communication exchange that does not use words or that uses words to carry more meaning than the strict definition of the words themselves.(Davidson 1). Inter-cultural communication is the sharing of meanings between individuals from different cultures. (Tyler, Kossen, Ryan 1). Discussed are the effects of non-verbal communication combined with different cultures in the workplace. Eliminating distance to ensure a smooth and accurate project outcome and practices to operate a productive international business. In this essay by exploring the effects of cultural differences and non-verbal communication it is easy to see how problems might arise in the workplace, this can be overcome by managerial strategies designed to counteract these issues before they arise."Non-verbal communication is defined as the process in which non-verbal behaviours either alone or associated with verbal behaviours are used, with in a particular situation or context, in the exchange and interpretation of messages." (Tyler 1 p160). In its literal sense it is communication without words. Non-verbal communications has many characteristics. It is continuous and omnipresent providing clues but not facts. Non-verbal communication can be unintentional or intentional and in almost all cases can be influenced strongly by culture. It is in this culture-dependant element of non-verbal communication that can cause cross-cultural communication problems. Non-verbal communication can be split into five major categories. The first category is Proxemics. Proxemics refers to spatial relationships, or how we use space (Tyler 1 p174). This category is greatly influenced by culture. For example, someone from an Arab community is more comfortable standing closer to other people whereas someone from Britain would prefer more personal space. In the workplace this could cause tension as there is constant movement as each individual attempts to attain a comfortable distance.

Kinesics, otherwise known as body language, includes gestures, facial expressions and posture. It is not simply the way we sit, stand and position our body in relation to the person we are communicating with that conveys information about our emotional and physical states. It provides an insight into the level of tension or discomfort felt. In a workplace environment different socio-cultural behaviours such as the use of eye contact could create feelings of disrespect or confusion. The degree of informality in posture and general behaviour could also create anxiety between co-workers. (Tyler 1) define Paralinguistics as the sound element of non-verbal communication. No words are involved however the communication is dependent on sound. Co-workers using shrieks, coughs, sighs and vocal sounds such as 'hm' are expressing their opinions and approval/disapproval clearly without having to put it into words. This form of non-verbal communication could provide offence as it provides an opportunity to judge and pass on dissatisfaction, creating feelings of tension and dislike which then have the ability to develop to a point where outbursts can occur. Chronemics is strongly influenced by culture as it is the how we perceive, use and react to time. In some cultures time is specifically expressed and strictly complied with whereas is other cultures time can be interpreted more loosely or openly (Tyler 1 p180). The importance of being on time fluctuates with the relative status each person. An example of this is when we usually guarantee punctuality for a meeting with a manager but would not bother so much with someone on the same or of a lower status.Semiotics is the communication through signs and symbols. Some signs are universal such as traffic lights or the toilet signs, whereas particular ethnic groups may feel less comfortable identifying with icons on computers and localised symbols. As Dwyer (1) rationalizes, cultural background influences the way people send and receive non-verbal messages, therefore it is important to consider the cultural factors in messages as well as interpreting the message within the context. In a workplace environment applying these aspects of non-verbal communication make it understandable how cultural differences can cause conflict or misunderstandings. It is important that managers address these possible issues and identify with achievable solutions to avert difficulties before they arise. On a day to day basis management are constantly facing situations where communication is extremely important wether it is attending scheduled meetings, making and receiving telephone calls, answering correspondence, attending unscheduled meetings and going on tours. Management often usually spend more than half there time communicating in some way. While communicating there is always two or more persons involved, so other behavioural processes such as motivation, leadership and group and team processes all come into account. It is important that all top executives must handle communication effectively if they are to be positive leaders. Discussed are ways cultural differences can best be managed. Eliminating distance is a factor that comes into account when involved in a multi-cultural team. It is important to grasp the complexities and challenges when members of a team are thousands of miles apart, in different time zones, speaking various languages and belonging to very different cultures (Gancel 00). It is often an obsticle to bring people together. Considering the great travel cost of bringing clients together physically, it may be appropriate for a phone conference to be organised, however this arrises a whole set of problems of its own. For example a person in Hong Kong at 8am fresh and ready to start the day may call a person in Australia at 11pm whose mind isn't in the right spot as a result of a hard days work and lack of sleep. Management today must work on a world scale on specific international projects, while often maintaining local responsibilities and remaining in local teams. It is important to comprehend that a remote and often intercultural team cannot be organised and led in the same way traditional co-located ones could. (Hills 00) To operate a more effective and productive international team specific practices are necessary. These practices can be broken into five steps. The importance to agree on ways of working together. (Gancel 00)) As a result of working with distance it may be important to create a written contract of team members processes and job descriptions this in turn will create a spinal column for the project. It is much easier to get team members to comply with what they helped to create and agreed upon in the beginning than to rules that were simply imposed. The way the team will work taking into account the local constraints of the team members as well as the characteristics of the project must be anticipated before the project gets underway. Develop relations and agree on practices. (Gancel 00). To ensure a stable launch process of a project establishing relationships is the key, this will create mutual trust between co-workers. Sharing strong and even emotional experiences forms a relationship that people can draw on when they are far apart. Similarly, establishing a code of conduct with principles of behaviour that takes into account the cultures of the various individuals, goes a very long way to avoiding misunderstandings that can lead to ill feelings. (Hills 00)Optimise communication technologies (Gancel 00). Telephone, Internet, videoconferences and fax are all tools that can all be used with effectiveness but can also cause great confusion. The poor use of technologies can turn the tools against the user. The team however must think about its choices of communication technologies and set rules for their use.Define and promote the identity of the team. (Gancel 00). As a result of the different localities of the team it is essential to promote its mission, objectives and results, not only within the team but also throughout the organisation. Promotion is crucial, as it will help build a feeling of recognition and support. In conclusion the effects of non-verbal and inter-cultural communication if not dealt with appropriately in the workplace can lead to lack of project effectiveness and organisational deformation. Therefore by using set strategies managers can foresee problems and take steps to prevent them from occurring.

Price increases have shattered the value of the penny to such a degree that it no longer facilitates trade. The fact that the penny is still in flow does not mean that it is useful. My boyfriend Sanel resembles a penny in such a way that he is nothing but an irritation. Even though the penny was worth over ten times what it is worth today, assuming that timing was correct before, this means that we should have eliminated the penny a long time ago. The penny is now worth so little that nobody even picks it up off the ground, everyone gives it away, donates it, nobody really cares about it much, and what's worst, I don't think anybody is really interested in keeping it. The penny, just like my boyfriend, does not serve any useful function. To start, I must say that my boyfriend Sanel resembles a penny in such a way that it is kind of funny and embarrassing to talk about. Penny is not enough money for whatever thing and cannot buy anything, not even the cheapest thing. That is in the first place why it's worthless. Primarily, Sanel was never useful to me. I remember when we were in Turkey, he asked me out to eat and when the bill came, he told me he didnt have any money on him. I told him I only had enough cash to pay my bill and tip. So, he took my cash and wrote a check for the amount of the bill with no tip! That meant he pocketed my money and pocketed the tip. I figured what a freak. It really proved that he is so cheap and worthless that he can't even pay a dinner when he takes me out. Needless to say, I dont see this person anymore. To continue, I am sure that no girl wants to keep such an inadequate thing, a penny. It is of no value, and honestly, what everyone does with it is donates it to someone else. Such an insignificant thing is easily passed on that we don't even feel bad when giving it away. In other words, pennies are just taking up space in our wallets, but are of no use to us, so most of the time we make sure to get rid of them. Sanel is just like that. Because of his worthlessness, every girl that has a chance to go out with him soon realizes that he is not worth spending her precious time being with him. He is like a penny and he does not really give the impression that he might be worth keeping. Pennies are given away most of the times, or thrown out, so that someone "who is worth them" can collect them. No one wanted to be with Sanel because of that. Girls would just back off and move on. Sanel had no significance on my life whatsoever. He was just keeping me busy, but on contrary, did not prove that he deserved my attention. So just like a penny taking up space in my wallet, Sanel was taking away my free time, but was not of any importance to me, nor did he contribute to my life in any way. To finish, I have to say that as I left my boyfriend Sanel, I realized he is just like a penny because he is very easy to find. Pennies are all over, in front of the store, on all these places where we would not find anything of a big value. Those pennies are found in a water fountains in front of hotels, or even on the bottom of lakes. Now, I am sure we can clearly see how they are all over the place, and what I want to mention here is how they are ineffective. Sanel is one of those guys that are everywhere. When I am around Sanel nothing exciting happens ever. For awhile there, I was thinking that he was all that ever crossed my mind, but now that I thought back to it, I proved to be wrong. He is an easy find guy that any girl can have and from my point of view that is not what I want. He is a trash and everyone turns his or her backs to him, not really paying any attention. No one appreciates his actions or his personality. Needless to say, he is just a little nothing and makes no difference in anybody's life.

Custom writing service can write essays on My boyfriend resembles a penny

All things considered, I have to say that if a penny is analogous to my boyfriend Sanel, some interesting facts come to my mind. First of all, a useless penny is very similar to my boyfriend because it is of no value and we can't do anything with it. Sanel is so cheap that he can't even pay a dinner for the two of us. Second of all, nobody really wants to keep such a worthless penny that just takes up our space that we could use for something else. Sanel is taking away my free time, but sad to say, he is not worth it and I could be with someone else that deserves my time and attention. Last of all, a penny is very easy to find all over the place, so are guys like Sanel. Such a meaningless thing and people are everywhere, and no girl wants to have a boyfriend like that. So, the observer needs to understand just the basics about the penny to know much about my boyfriend Sanel.

Between the years 187-101 was, the Victorian era, this was also the time of the serial killer 'Jack the ripper'. If you lived in London during the time of Jack the ripper, being wealthy was an advantage. The poor survived by working in factories and as common labourers, for example, brick layers, dock workers and prostitutes. Living Conditions for most, were disgusting, there was no sanitation and very poor drainage. Houses were crowded, which meant that there were usually seven or eight people sharing a room. Pubs were popular with the working class men. One pub in White Chapel, known as "Ten Bells" was thought to be a haunt of Jack the ripper. The poor sanitation led to outbreaks of diseases such as, Typhoid. Child labour was also very high, some children had to work at least 11 or 1 hours a day."The Speckled Band" is a pre-0th Century story and "Lamb to the Slaughter" is a 0th Century story. When "The Speckled Band" was written during the Victorian era. The society had high crime rate, as I have explained before. This inspired people like Arthur Conan Doyle to create characters like "Sherlock Holmes", who was a detective that solved crimes. Many people actually believed that Sherlock Holmes did actually exist, they led themselves to believe this because that way they felt safer in the society they were leaving in. The murder mystery genre is a type of fiction that deals with murder and its solution. While looking for that solution, suspense arises, which puts the main characters, searching for the villain in danger. There are many elements to a murder mystery, - a villain, murder, victim, weapon, motive, detective, suspense and clues. "The Speckled Band" and "Lamb to the Slaughter" are the two narratives that I have decided to analyse. Arthur Conan Doyle wrote "The Speckled Band" and Roald Dahl wrote, "Lamb to the Slaughter". Arthur Conan Doyle was born in 185 in Edinburgh, Scotland, he was a writer and the inventor of the famous detective, Sherlock Holmes. Conan died at the age of 71, in Crowborough, Sussex, England.

Roald Dahl was born on September 1 116, in Cardiff, Wales. He was a British writer of novels, short stories and children's books. His first book was "The Gremlins", which also became a film. He also wrote the following storiesJames and the giant peachCharlie and the chocolate factoryFantastic Mr foxThe BFG (Big friendly giant)He also wrote two autobiographies called "Boy" and "Going solo". "The Speckled Band" is about 'Helen Stoner' who is suspicious about her sister, Julia's death, which happened two years ago. Julia died in her room and complained about a whistling sound, her last words were "It was the speckled band". Helen has started to hear the very same whistling sound and is worried, so she is determined with the help of Sherlock Holmes to get to the bottom of this death and the strange sounds. "Lamb to the Slaughter" is about a happily married couple, Mary and Patrick Maloney, who are living a normal everyday life, but when Patrick comes home one day from work, he has something to tell Mary, and when he told her, she walked back into the kitchen, got a leg of frozen lamb and hit him around the head with it. Mary then made out she found him dead. The villain in "The Speckled Band" was Dr Roylott, who was Helen stoners, stepfather. Dr Roylott is an angry and violent man that had an uncontrollable temper. He is also a very strong man as you can tell by the quote, "For he is a man of immense strength and absolutely uncontrollable in his anger". Dr Roylott was not a popular person and as he had done a lot of travelling, he only had friends that were gypsies. He also had a strange passion for Indian animals. Dr Roylott is a huge man, with a large face and thousands of wrinkles, he had bile shot eyes and a high thin fleshless nose, which gave him the looks of an old bird of prey. He is a stereotypical villain because he is a man and men commit most murders, and he is also the father. The villain in "Lamb to the slaughter" is Mary Maloney. Mary is shown as the typical housewife. She is intelligent, bright, has a clean house, and loves her husband more than anything and she is pregnant."She took his coat and hung it in the closet. Then she walked over and made the drinks" You can tell that Mar y is at every beck and call of her husband and everything she does has to be for her husband. From all that you have heard about her you can already tell that she is not a stereotypical villain. She is described as having, beautiful, soft skin and lips with dark eyes and when you first meet her she is waiting patiently for the love of her life, Patrick. The main victim in "The Speckled Band" was Julia Stoner, but you could say that Dr Roylott was as well. Julia Stoner died at the age of 0. She and her sister, Helen were twins. Julia was an innocent young girl. Julia and Helen did all the housework and then Julia's hair started going white, as a sign of aging but the strange thing was, she was only 0 years old. The victim in "Lamb to the Slaughter" was Patrick Maloney. Patrick Maloney is a senior officer. You can tell that he has been a police officer for a long time because they have a certain schedule for everyday life, for example, going out on a Thursday night and having a drink when he comes home from work regularly at 10 minutes to 5. The detective in "The Speckled Band" is Sherlock Holmes. He is a very stereotypical detective as, he is a male, he is calm and content, he is observing, scientific and he goes back to the crime scene. The actual way in which he dresses is also very stereotypical, he has a hat and a long coat. Holmes also has a sidekick, which looks up to him and learns from everything that Holmes does. 'Jack Noonan' is the detective in "Lamb to the Slaughter" he is completely different and opposite to Sherlock Holmes. Jack is slow, not very observant and lets the personal relationship with the victim, get in the way of his actual job that he should be doing. You can tell this by the way he was speaking in a gentle voice and the way that he didn't let onto her that he was suspicious of her, being the murderer. From this you can see that he was not a stereotypical detective, and he was acting like more of a friend than anything else. The setting of "The Speckled Band" was a large manor house, in Victorian times, it was grey, lichen-blotched stone, with a high central portion and two curving wings. The windows in one wing were broken and blocked with wooden boards and the roof was partly caved in. The wing on the right hand side was slightly modern, you could see this was where the family lived. In "Lamb to the Slaughter" there is not much said about the setting besides from the house being warm, clean and well organized, and from this you get an image of the setting being a perfect household with no mess. The weapon in "The Speckled Band" was snake, which crawled through a ventilator and into the next room to kill its victim. The snake is kept in a safe and is trained to obey its master, who is Dr Roylott. "The Speckled Band" is referring to the poisoness-speckled snake. The weapon in "Lamb to the Slaughter" was a frozen leg of lamb, this was the first thing Mary, had she went into the freezer. Hitting her husband over the head with the leg of lamb was exactly like hitting him over the head with a steel club. In both cases the weapons are very strange and would not otherwise be used. The main feature that caused suspense were the short sentences, the use of adjectives and the title of each narrative, which made us wonder what each title meant. It was also clever the way in which Conan left, Key information until the end. All the clues that were left throughout the narrative left us guessing what would happen next. The snake turning on its master, Dr Roylott, and killing him had achieved Justice. "The speckled Band" followed the murder mystery genre, very well, it had all the elements that a murder mystery usually has and it gave the exact suspense that a narrative needs to be in the murder mystery genre. Overall "Lamb to the Slaughter" does not follow the murder mystery genre as, it does not have anything that a murder mystery required besides from the murder.

Macbeth is tragic play written by William Shakespeare in early 1606. The Tragedie of Macbeth was first published in the First Folio of 16, seven years after Shakespeare's death and seventeen years after the play was first performed. Perhaps it was written for a Scottish King James I, who was given the English crown for the first time in history. In addition, he was particularly afraid of witches. It is Shakespeare's most constricting and oppressive play; unpleasantly intimate human study of terror and paranoia, of the power of imagination and mistrust. In this essay, I would study Macbeth's personality in more detail in order to enable myself to conclude whether he was a hero or villain. In accordance with the traditional specification of a hero requires being, a person who opposes a conflicting force, either externally or internally, a conflicting force from its own state or another. In the opening scenes of the play, Macbeth has come to be seen as hero. However, we can find abundant evidence in the play that he was a villain more than a hero. In act I sc. ii, Macbeth is described by his king as" O valiant cousin, worthy gentleman" (Act 1, Sc. ) The quote mentioned above reinforces the idea that descriptions of Macbeth towards his king are positive. Moreover king is exultant at his cousin. Nevertheless, the descriptions are gory too as captain says

" Till he unseamed him from the nave to th' chops" (Act 1, Sc. )The quote results in Macbeth as being a fierce warrior and not faltered to kill anyone. Though, Macbeth has been seen as valorous, but I do not find any evidence supporting the view that his faith was as strong as his physical strength. The major turning point in the play occurs in Act 1, Sc., when three witches tell Macbeth three unforeseeable future predictions that meant in Macbeth would become king in the future. Broadly speaking, witches merely predict the future but they do not suggest Macbeth to kill his king to get the throne. Though Macbeth gets ambitious after learning the predictions, but I do not find any strong evidence to support the idea that he goes evil right away. When Macbeth reaches the castle, Duncan shows high respect towards Macbeth by saying "O worthiest cousin,The sin of my gratitude even nowWas heavy on me. Thou art so found before,The swiftest wing of recompense is slowTo overtake thee. Would thou hadst less deserved,Might have been mine. Only I have left to say,More is thy due than more than all can pay. The quote above conveys an image of influence of bravery of Macbeth over his king and all other noblemen, as they do not disagree with king. Afterwards as Macbeth informs his wife about the three predictions he has learnt, she expresses herself more ambitious than Macbeth. And when the Macbeth comes to meet her she has some evil plans ready. There is no evidence that Macbeth has any evil plans earlier. This quote by Lady Macbeth was short riddle following the killing plan of Duncan."O neverShall sun that morrow see." (Act 1, Sc. 5)In Act 1, Sc.7, as Macbeth shows respect and faith towards his king"He's here in double trustFirst, as I am his kinsman and his subject,Strong both against the deed; then, as his host,Who should against his murder shut the door,Not bear the knife my self. " (Act 1, Sc. 7) Another quote that shows that Macbeth has no intentions of killing his king as he wants to stay loyal to him"We will proceed no further in this business" (Act 1, Sc. 7)Lady Macbeth abuts Macbeth to kill Duncan to fulfil prophecy. The expressions and language usage ally Lady Macbeth with the sisters (witches), and I understand Lady Macbeth as witch, or her mind possessed by the devil, long before her sleep in Act 5, Sc. 1. Her extraordinary invocations of the 'you spirits / That tend on mortal thoughts' (Act 1, Sc. 5) especially pleads. When Lady Macbeth has no choice then she uses her tactics to stop Macbeth wimping out of Duncan's murder. Another evidence that supports the view as Macbeth being villain is found in Act , Sc.1, when Macbeth is having friendly chitchat with his dearest friend Banquo and on the other hand, he orders two murderers to kill Banquo and his Son, Fleance. The reason behind it is also based upon witches' predictions. Macbeth is at his worst when he murders Lady Macduff and her cheeky children. The reason behind murdering her and her babes is connected to witches predictions. As the witches warn Macbeth to be aware of Macduff. Macbeth cannot kill Macduff as he flees to England. In conclusion, I would reckon Macbeth as a valorous hero turning into a serial killer. He is also weak before Lady Macbeth. Though he knows that witches are evil but he never realise it. In fact, Macbeth made a misjudgement between the temporal (Good) crown and eternal crown (Heaven).

The character which I think that I identified with the most is probably the little boy, Steve. Steve reminded me a lot of myself when I was young. I would always obsess about baseball and I loved every aspect of it. Whenever I got something new or received something like a baseball cap or glove, I would never let go of it, it had huge sentimental value for me. Yes I believe that the father in this story coincidentally reminds me of my own father. My father was exactly like Dave, he worked very hard for all his money, and fully appreciated the value of every penny he made, and oddly enough I was the exact opposite just as Steve was. I would always play instead of work and my father never agreed with this, he always hated my obsession with baseball and tried to get me away from "useless sports".As I read my opinion on the father changed a lot. At first I thought he was strict and ignorant type of father, but as the story progressed, I realized that yet again Dave reminded me of my own father, deep down inside there was someone who will sacrifice his own beliefs just to make his own son happy. Some of the scenarios and actions which the characters were placed in had a very strong impact on the actions and decisions which they made. For example, Dave wouldn't have normally given in into his son's passion for baseball if it wasn't for the fact that they were faced with the painful truth that he led a poor family.

Some of the characters in my opinion were very stereotypical in this story. An example of this is the wealthy lawyer and son. Lawyers are often portrait as one of the morally wrong and snobby professions of life, and that they would do anything to get what they needed, in this case the baseball cap.
